These are the general arrangements for enquiries made through HOQUE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. A written project quote or agreement sets the specific terms for paid work.
Requests and quotations
Sending a brief is a request to discuss a project. Scope, price, payment arrangements, delivery schedule, revision rounds and final file formats must be agreed before work begins. No payment is collected through this website.
Your source materials
You are responsible for supplying accurate names, figures, required text and materials you have permission to use. Confirm print sizes, product details and important factual claims before final approval.
Deliverables, revisions and rights
The project quote determines included outputs, editable source files, revisions and usage rights. Third-party fonts, images, software and other assets remain subject to their licences. Additional work or a significant change to an approved brief can require an updated quote.
Technology and external services
Development projects define testing, deployment, hosting, account access and support in their scope. External services may require client-owned accounts, permissions and separate charges. Search rankings, advertising outcomes and third-party approvals cannot be guaranteed.
